The age range of our practitioners is truly diverse ranging from 5 years to 90+ years of age. Some people who begin training with us are already physically fit; but others may have lived a sedentary life and are looking for something that will make them fitter and healthier. Tetsudo can benefit everyone – all you need to do is to turn up and have a go. There is no need to compare yourself to anyone else in the class, do what you can to the best of your ability, and most of all, enjoy your training.
The best way to find out how you can benefit from Tetsudo is through contacting a local club and trying out a session. Most clubs provide free sessions and some provide low cost introductory courses.
