The age range of our practitioners is truly diverse ranging from 5 years to 90 years of age. Some people who walk begin training with us are already be physically fit, but others may have lived a sedentary life and are looking for something that will give them healthy body and mind, make them more confident and able to look after themselves.
The best way to find out how you can benefit from Tetsudo is through contacting a local club and trying out a session. Most clubs provide free sessions and some provide low cost introductory courses.
